Recipe
1 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked for 2 hours or overnight, rinsed and drained
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for 2 hours or overnight, rinsed and drained
1 cup raisins
½ cup coconut shreds or flour
½ cup raw cacao, plus ¼ cup
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon barley powder
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 teaspoon chlorella powder
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
In a food processor, combine seeds and coconut shreds until crumbly. Add the raisins and all dry ingredients and process again. Add in 2 tablespoons honey until mixture is sticky. Roll mixture into 1 inch size balls and coat in cacao powder. Makes 12 to 14 balls.
