“Emphasizing natural, whole foods is not a short-term diet plan, but a lifestyle of healthy eating and vibrant living.  The art of great cuisine begins with fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients, which are preservative and chemical free.   In order to make lifestyle changes, foods must be nourishing, delicious and easy to prepare.”  Jennifer

Keeping it Fresh – Raw Food Cuisine is the art of preparing raw, plant-based fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts, prepared fresh or under low temperatures of heat, and turning them into delicious soups, appetizers, entrees and desserts.  When organic foods are prepared this way, they contain their maximum nutrient properties, including vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and enzymes.
