4 cups water
1 cup Chinese almonds (apricot kernels), soaked 8 hours or overnight, drained and rinsed
1 cup black sesame seeds, soaked 2 hours or overnight, drained and rinsed
1½ cups Chinese red dates (jujubes), pitted and packed
Pinch of mineral sea salt
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Drink immediately or store up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Serves 2 to 4
