Basic Green Smoothie ()

Recipe
1 bunch of leafy greens (spinach, kale, romaine, etc.)
1 ripe banana (peeled)
1 mango (peeled and seeded)
1 cup orange juice or purified water
Squeeze of lemon
Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Blend ingredients in a blender adding water first.  Add ice cubes in gradually.  I usually don’t use ice cubes as foods are best digested at body temperature.
